About Olivier Taieb

I am a canvas architect. I design space, time and tools for communities. I help people among them to grow, express their skills, and collaborate to have an impact on their ecosystem. My mission is to empower people to bloom with meaningful interaction and transparency within organization. To do so I adapt elements from agility (decentralized decision making, cadenced ritual), design (empathy, experimentation), and workshop facilitation. These canvases can vary from a 12 months’ transformation (Consulting Firm), a one week radical experience in a desert (Burning Man), or a 3 hours’ workshop to define a common vision for a collective of corporate hacker and intrapreneur (les Hacktivateurs). I forged myself with an engineering school, 4 (and still counting) years of consulting at top level, a social intrapreneur experiment and about 10 years of experience with association and community.
